Moose Lake

Located in the Chequamegon National Forest, this is a flowage lake fed by the Moose, Little Moose and Chippewa Rivers. Moose Lake is 9 miles long, 1670 acres in size and has 32 miles of shoreline.

Enjoy swimming, boating, tubing or water-skiing. Explore picnic island and the more remote picnic area up by the river, or canoe the Chippewa River down to Moose Lake. For the angler, fish types include musky, walleye, bass and panfish.
